Do I need to hold your hand and give you a step by step process when I am packaging and printing? It took 5 days for me to print the label, it went out that day.

As for keeping this private, my feelings are if there is an unresolvable issue then the forum needs to know. I see that you got your cards safe, and within about a week. NO REASON FOR A NEUTRAL AND A THREAD.

Just has to be a better way of doing this (feedback).
Way too much of this retaliatory stuff going on. Why should people have to fear leaving feedback that is deserved?

Just so we are both clear on this,

1) You purchase a lot from me and pay on a Thursday, I ship the following Tuesday
2) You don't like how I packaged the lot, but all cards arrived safe. Many others ship using the same packaging methods.
3) You leave a neutral because I "didn't seem to care".
4) I in anger leave a retaliatory neutral out of anger because nothing was wrong with the transaction.


Am I missing anything?

This is just wrong.

A seller should give feedback based on whether or not the buyer paid for his/purchase. If they did so in a timely manner, give them the positive they deserve. It is not based on what feedback THEY gave YOU. Hell, the buyer should receive their feedback long before the seller does.
So a buyer cannot be in the wrong? What is this eBay?

As long as the cards arrived without damage who cares. But with that said, I would never buy anything from someone who I knowingly does not use toploaders when shipping.
You should have left a positive with cards arrived safe, but does not use toploaders when shipping

But the cards were shipped in a secure manner in my defense, they weren't just thrown into a mailer unprotected.

Neutral left because in my eyes u don't deserve a positive nor a negative. My experience as ur customer was neither good nor bad.

Huge lack of communication
Responded to my concerns with "i do it all the time"
Once I paid it was my property, IN MY OPINION u could have communicated to make the situation better letting me know u can't ship till Tuesday or any communication would have been nice

I actually have a lot of quiet respect for you, I did what I did be it right or wrong. In no way should that be a reflection of my love for the hobby or how I handle my business.

I agree that the method was risky, but if they arrived in good shape, then he fulfilled his obligations, no?
