Booky, if you have learned anything from this mess of a thread I hope it is the fact that you are not properly packaging your cards. It is not that hard or expensive to do and it is the least you can do to protect the cards. This sounds like a pretty easy adjustment to me. Good luck!

As stated in our PM I have been sending and receiving packages like this for years on the forum. This is a completely unjust neutral.

Not sure why you are calling them $40 & $80 cards too, you paid $87.50 for the lot, not that it matters.

If you truly had a problem it should be kept to a PM.

I state AGAIN. Your cards arrived safe why are you leaving me a neutral???

Your name has already been added to my blacklist, I warn you that many members will no longer be dealing with you now.
He can leave whatever he wants. He was unhappy with the trade. Its his right and within the guidelines.

And ship with top loaders for cheap skate.

As mentioned in the OP, I didnt seem to care? Sounds to me like he didn't like that I didn't offer compensation.

This is horse doo doo.

Dealt with LOTS of members on here without issue. Some new clown comes along and doesn't like my shipping practices and leaves a neutral.

I feel like this is something to keep to PM. Once again that's my opinion.
So you admit to retalitory feedback and abuse of the itrader system which is a bannable offense. Hopefully the mods take out the trash.

The I got my cards safe excuse "drop it" is total BS if the packaging is less than standard. Sellers should be upfront if they are going to do less than standard shipping.

I'm thrilled if someone uses cardboard support and even goes the extra mile and team bags it but honestly all I expect is a penny sleeve and toploader. Depending on the price of the card and shipping cost I don't even expect a bubble mailer.

Again some of you really wonder why Ebay doesn't allow sellers to leave negative feedback.

This rule forces sellers to tow the line or face the consequences. If they did this here it would force every seller to ship well protected and in a timely manner. The problem on here has such an easy solution its almost laughable that they refuse to enforce it. No software would be needed. Buyer simply has 48hrs to pay from the timestamp saying "I will take it". If they do so the seller loses the right to leave negative feedback. If they leave it anyway they are insta banned, 1 chance only. Bring on a third mod that ONLY deals with this issue. That would certinly make Fishs and Patricks life alot easier as well. It stinks that you have to force people to behave and follow the rules but sometimes it needs to be done. Especially when money and property are exchanging hands. Thats how simple it would be to solve the problem on here. Are you listening MODS and ADMINS.

This is just wow. A 0.15 top loader and a 0.01 sleeve would of fixed this. Note if I buy from some one I expect a sleeve a toploader and if I'm paying 2 dollars shipping or price doesn't specify otherwise. A bubble mailer

If there was ever a moment to put their collective foot down about this issue, then this is it.

lol...too funny.

in the old days before ebay started hiding user ids in the bid history, so many shady sellers would accidently give away their shill bidding IDs in this or similar manners...

In the first place, there's ALWAYS a risk of damage to the cards, whether they were in toploads or not.

The USPS is not exactly known for being gentle with packages in their care.

Secondly, how f'n cheap do you have to be to forego toploads on cards that you were paid over $80 for?

Fuhgeddaboudit....I'd have neg'd you for being a careless idiot.

For not sending his end of the Secret Santa exchange of course. Felt bad for him until I saw it was jyates.

I'd say this poor customer service is just good enough for him.

Well then maybe they should get some telescopes, shuttles, and bulky white space suits and junk. I for one am tired of seeing these banned members coming back and stuff.

That is clearly why you haven't bought or sold anything on this site yet. I get everyone has an opinion, but members are so quick to attack others. You act like I just shocked the cards in a mailer unprotected.

I see both sides of this...

Buyer side.... getting a bulky package of less than protected cards can be frustrating. You feel you just spent $80 on a package of carda.. you want them protected.

Seller side... If you deliver items safely and undamaged.. isn't that what you are supposed to do? I recently got 2 neutrals and a neg (2 people) on eBay for this exact situation... when a person buys a lot from me.. I tend to use recycled top loaders as protection and sandwich the lot between the two inside a team bag. This is a very safe and secure shipping method.. no damage has been reported in doing this... but I have now had 2 people complain about it in the last month (I've been doing this for 10 years).

I personally feel its a sellers duty to deliver an item safely.. and never gauge on shipping charges... not to provide the buyer with pristine top loaders or magnetics for the customers display purposes. Supplies aren't cheap.

As for the feedback.. you're both idiots.... just my 2 cents
