Default What to do?

Purchased a card on here from a member (going unnamed for now) about 2 and a half weeks ago for 20$.. Tracking hasn't updated at all. I asked for a refund since I'm clearly not getting the card. The member said he sent refund to the wrong PayPal address by accident, now I need the money and he is saying he can't give me a refund cause he already sent it to the wrong adress... What do I do

All they had to do was go under your initial payment and refund it from there. Sounds like theyre trying to say they sent a payment to you as the refund.

If thats the case, dont take it because after your time frame for a dispute goes away, all they have to do is file a dispute on that refund that was sent as a payment and theyll get it all.

If you had read the OP the seller supposedly sent the refund to the wrong paypal address. The buyer has not been refunded.

First off, reading is not illegal. Try to do it at some point. Secondly, how is lying and not holding up your end of a bargain okay? People need to know who they are dealing with. If you cannot do your job as a seller, you deserve a negative. It also looks like you left a negative for the same thing, so not really sure why you think people should not leave one. Kinda hypocritical???

An idiot who has no clue how to use paypal
A child
A thief

Or a comfination of the 3.

File a claim and then post the name to others do not have to go through the same thing
