I don't kow exactly how it works, but I will let you know one piece of advice. No matter what the seller says when he contacts you (and he will contact you about the claim), DO NOT CANCEL THE CLAIM UNTIL THE CARDS ARE IN HAND.

If you cancel a claim, you lose your right to file a claim in the future on that transaction (or at least make it 10x harder to win). A common scam is for a seller to apologize, promise the cards are in the mail, even send you a tracking number in exchange for you dropping the claim. Then three days later, you get an empty envelope and they are a phantom.

Also, filing a claim is only the first step in the process - if the cards arrive tomorrow or the next day you can always drop the claim then so don't be afraid to protect yourself.

What should I put in category of your purchase?
And what should I put in the messege box?

Give it a few days then select to escalate.
If you jump on it right off the bat,it can be iffy.
if you give the other PP member time to respond and he does not, then you are in better shape.

Sounds too good to be true at that price, which I guess it was. You could have easily made $300 on it at that price.
