So does anyone remember this thread from a few weeks ago?

I purchased a Jordy Nelson rookie shoe card from him for $7 and then sent him some extra PP just to help with his situation.

It has been about 19 days now since I bought the card from him and I haven't received it. He hasn't been on since February 21st and I sent him a message on the 26th and he hasn't gotten on and responded. I posted in the thread asking if anyone else had not received their cards and I got a PM from one member saying they haven't received a lot they purchased from him.

I hate to suggest it, but considering I'm not the only one that hasn't received my card(s) and he already has one neg I can't help but think this was a big last hoorah scam for him to pick up some PP and then disappear...

I hope I am wrong in which I will apologize appropriately. What do you guys think? I don't really know how I would go about getting my money back if I was in fact scammed.

It seems like bbcardsaregreat knows him in some fashion. If anyone can contact him, I just want to know if something happened that he can't send at the moment or something.

He's having personal problems right now. Just contact him and ask for a refund if you don't want to wait any longer.

Wow that sucks. Hope seller gets everyone their stuff. Although I do find it confusing how $50 of sales is going to make any kind of dent in medical bills.

This is a valid point.

I have heard of his situation, and believe that everyone is taking him at his word on it. If that's the case, that's a little iffy. If his son is having those medical problems, I feel bad for him, no doubt. But, if you do have time to come on here and do quicksales to raise a little money, you could at least get on here and give people a heads up for peace of mind. He was posting everything from his cell, so he should be able to log on via his cell and give an update.

People need to quit coughing up money to everyone that comes along with a sob story and no proof. I am not calling this guy a liar, but without proof I wouldn't have given him any free money. Thebrokepoet's son Connor is having medical issues, Ive given money there, but its because there is a lot of evidence out there that its more than legit.

That's a great point.

This situation isn't acceptable IMO. I don't care what was going on, I would never leave people hanging for that long. It's not right.

Although some situations are real, I have just seen too many fake situations for me to take people at their word anymore. Sad, but true. Too many people play with people's emotions.

I was one of the ppl to purchase a lot from him. It is coming up on three weeks. I plan on filing through PayPal tom after a couple of pms unanswered.

i really hope i did not get scammed i talked with this fellow numerous times on here i bought a lot and gave him an extra 10 for a blind lot of ravens and i can understand if there is family issues but and it is a big but my mother in law died less than a week after this thread she is buried my wife is back to work after taking a whole week off and yet there is no response to many pm's sent to him

i have only talked to him on here do not know him personally but i will give him till like wednesday to respond or i'm going to wack his paypal account for my money

Pretty much what happened yeah. I have to say that situation rubbed me the wrong way from the start. I really can't believe after the Haiku situation that people continue to so easily trust people on here. It was like that never happened.

Hopefully he sees this and sends the cards...I can see a large junk coming out of his bank account in the upcoming weeks based on the number of people saying they bought lots from him.
