Sorry but Mooney21 was the one in wrong here. Whether or not he contacted the seller and tried to backdoor a deal by offering a higher price for the card, or just told the seller what it was worth, he had no business doing that. It is the sellers responsibility to know what they are selling. Once the auction closed that is a binding contract between the buyer and the seller. So it is not as simple as 'oh well he offered more money and the seller took it, no big deal'. The buyer had every right to that card after the auction ended as he was the high bidder, regardless if the seller was offered more for it. Yes the OP has responsibility for posting and yes it looks like he may have engaged in feedback extortion. But to sit here and say this person has no liability in this is ridiculous. Also the OP was not taking advantage of the seller. He was bidding on the lot the way it was posted. If someone else had realized it and had gotten into a bidding war with the OP then it would have sold for alot higher, only takes 2 people to want something. It isnt the OPs fault that the lot didnt sell for alot more, that is the way it goes, especially if it is listed poorly
