He is going to have your items, and he will ship them out the same day. And BTW I would not be unhappy if the seller was doing what he is doing now. If I was in your shoes I would have not even asked for a refund yet (you get 45 days). I would of just sent back to the seller, and ask for my item. That's it. It's clear the seller has great communication.

But how am i To be protected .... Please just simply explain that .. As RIGHT NOW we have NO clue where my cards are ... So please , elaborate on why you feel i am a child

He does not have an item he sold to me ... I have an item , I DONT WANT ... SO i simply return the item i dont want , and he simply returns the money and everyone is happy ... Nothing changes ... How is this so hard??

No sir , he did not have great communication ... I never got the feeling this was going to go well ~ He had the money , and the card in the deal and I had practically nothing ....

Exactly! Have you even gone to a store, asked for a refund on an item, but not give it to them and tell that that you'll "give it to them after they give you the money"?

Obviously not. All stores (including myself) require the customer to give the actual PRODUCT back to them FIRST before they issue a refund.

So we are all clear .. here is what i have been / still am offering


1. I send cards back with DC to address posted on paypal
2. He gets cards ( Jimmy claussen card / devin thomas / vick / and Dee Millner ) and issues refund SAME day he gets the cards
3. He also SAME DAY he gets the cards , sends the palmer patch


We are back to square one and No harm no foul ... He dropped the ball , not me , i am just trying to protect myself ... That is all ...
