I can understand your POV, so maybe both should contact FedEx. The real problem happened on the buyer's end and his dispute is more with the local employee who dropped off the package than anybody else. Still, the buyer should had just opened the package to see if the stuff was damaged or not BEFORE making this lame ass thread.

I will admit that i jumped the gun by making the thread, but i did learn that i can't really do anything from my end as the seller was the one who has to contact fed ex in the matter.

I appreciate everyone who has been helpful. I didnt call anybody out and did not put anybody on blast because my initial thought was that fed ex is at fault.

Some people blamed FedEx, some blamed the shipper. How was your thread so bad? And I can tell at least one of the posters in here is a total a-hole.
