I agree, I think that apologize was because he got cold feet, but he didn't commit to anything.

He said he'd do $70 for the 3 and asked if you would throw in the 2. If you said sure send PP to XXXX@XXX.com then it is more concrete. Instead, you wanted him to do it for more, he didn't ask for that IMO. He wanted all 5 for $70 from what I see, you assumed he would pay more. No need for feedback, just more cold feet than anything else.

On first reading it sounds like the $70 was in place, and if the buyer wanted the 5 was also in place.
" ill give you 70 for the quick, givens, and almo."
"Sounds good. <also alternatively offers other offer> [then tells him to let him know when payment is made]"

Yes, we agreed on $70 for 3 cards and then he said he had $71.56 for another two cards bringing the total to 5 cards for $71.56. I see that as him making an offer on 5 cards or altering the deal for more cards & more cash. At no point did I ever say no to these prices. We agreed on $70 and then he was the one who wanted 2 more cards and said he'd throw in the extra $1.56 and I agreed.

I don't get how that can been seen as anything other then him making an offer and me accepting it.

Can you show where he said he'd thrown in an extra $1.56? I think you just want people to agree with you. It doesn't look like you guys ever agreed to a set price after he wanted the other 2. It looks like he wanted the 5 for $70. You said $71.56 based on the PMs.

Funny how you make a thread, other people have a different opinion and you don't like it. I and others see it differently then you. I can see why it sucks but it doesn't look like a deal was completed
