It was me. Card was in a team bag with the commons surrounding it in team bag as protetion (I was out of decoys). I have no idea where card went except that the buyer is a real piece of work and left me a neg after I did everything in my power to find out. nyone that knows me knows I wouldnt rip anyone off Iam just as much a vitim as OP (If he in fact did not receive card) Wanting play the victim so much is making me mighty suspicious. Anyway im moving on from this, nothing I can do about it. Im out a Harrper SSP, $120 AND i got a neg. SOOOOOOOOOOO Done with this ish...

I noticed in the original thread that the OP noted someone may have cut an edge of the package? If he determined the package may have tampered with, then there is no way to tell who is at fault here.

You be the judge...

You are suspicious of me?

Facts: Name on package received not the same name on paypal account.

Address paypal provided does not match the address on package received.

Email account on paypal does not match the email account here on blow out.

Collects cards but eBay account on user profile shows no activity for over a year.

1) I dont collect cards anymore I havent for awhile. I rarely buy packs anymore and NEVER boxes. Search my threads and you will see when i quit. I still collect comics and buy them sometimes but basically I troll the member feedback forums.

2) I have like 3 different addys I use for PP depending on what Iam having set to me. My apartment tha I dont tust having packages sent to. My work were I have most important things sent and my mothers house where i have stuff sent that needs signed for or something similiar.

3) I also have quite a few different emails I use for my paypal account as I have used it for many years.

4) My name was wrong on my account for awhile just didnt worry about it because I didnt think i could change it.

5) I know a TON of people on these forums that woud let everyoneknow I wouldnt scam anyone man so Im not worried about that and only an idio would scam someone thruh ypal knowing tha its impossibly easy to win a paypal claim as a buyer.

but those facts really don't mean anything bad either. I'm sure just about all of us have and use more than one email account each day. Some like myself also have used different addresses. I own two homes as well as send and receive items from my work address too. Just playing devil's advocate here that there are some simple things people do that can negate the 'facts' above

If buyer claims that package was ripped like he did in the previous thread then it would. Seller wouldn't be out of the money.

-Buyer's facts are things that everyone does, seems like he wasn't too concerned that package was ripped and card was stolen, only wanted money back without working with seller, made two whiny threads in the wrong section.

-Seller left a retaliatory neg (against forum rules) and shipped a week after payment.

Sounds like you're both in the wrong in one way or another.

No my keyboard is crappy. If I want to go back and double check everything after I type, it comes out fine. But usually I dont bother. The point gets across anyway.

So after seeing like 3-4 threads on this Fake Harper SSP...did op get a refund? Did suspected scammer get his card?

OP is getting his refund through paypal and no I did not get the card. he is sending the 8 commons back. I would say to not bother, but im sure he just wants to protect himself through paypal by making sure he sends something trackable back.

technically, that could be a burn on himself if he's leading us to believe he sodomized that guy but the guy didn't feel anything and only thought madrox was "trying"...
