Default Members Beware...Walletdash

I have waited quite a long time to post this (I hate how these threads turn out)... but I thought the community should be aware of this...

Walletdash sold me a lot about 6 weeks ago... His packaging was just throwing cards in loose toploaders (not even taped) into a padded envelope. Since one of the items was an exquisite shadow box.. he thought just throwing it into a 200 count box (again loose) would work for that.

As expected the lot had damage (that shadow box). When I contacted walletdash about this.. he didn't even apologize. Only got a request to show him pictures of the damage.. no explanation for the poor shipping method what so ever.

After sending pics he said he could not see the damage and I should "just go file a claim and let paypal deal with it". I then sent more clear pics, showing the damage much more clearly, and asked again for HIM to suggest a remedy.

This time he offered me a $35 partial refund... which I accepted. Did he send it? NOPE. He told me he would send that refund at the beginning of this month... and after repeated PM's asking for the money.. heard absolutely nothing.

I have now filed a paypal claim requesting the $35 promised refund... still no answer on here.. no answer on there either.

So unless you like damaged items shipped very poorly, from a person who takes no responsibility for their actions.. avoid dealing with this member.

Replies really aren't needed here.. just a warning to the community as a whole. I would leave him a negative feedback for this but I know I would get a retalitory and don't want to deal with the headache.

I would rather have 12 false retalitory then to not leave 12 negs for being honest.

Assuming walletdash doesn't have another side to the story - then you are correct in this situation - and hopefully this thread goes smoothly - as based on what you've presented there is no reason for anyone to post anything negative.

OP, leave a neg if it's justified. Not leaving a neg because you are scared of retaliation defeats the whole iTrader system.

if this transaction is not negative worthy than none are.

I don't believe Pay Pal even offers a partial refund option through a claim.

leave a negative and then save all PM's with this turd and if he does leave you retaliatory feedback send the information to the mods.

Assuming this is the whole story I would leave a neg amd then deal with the retalitory if it comes. It deserves to be on his record, not buried 4 pages deep in a couple days.

ROFL so flame me for calling this dude out but its cool for someone else to do it. still no update on the westbrook auto i bought on 3/31. still waiting for a response from pp or walletdash. im leaving him a neg today, if he leaves me a neg oh well.

Oh stop it. You filed a claim after SIX DAYS. IMac waited 6 WEEKS before even posting.

Leave the turd a negative. You BOTH should otherwise people will not have a chance to know.

LEAVE THE NEG NOW as it has been almost 3 weeks.

Very informative post for the Blowout Community. You deserve to be made whole on this deal immediately. You gave Walletdash more time and chances than most folks would have provided. A loose Shadow Box in a 200 count box is almost comical in its level of stupidity.

Love the way you handled it except you need to leave a negative, AND you need to just file a paypal claim for a full refund and send his damaged crap back.

You file a claim and request a partial refund. All paypal claims have this option

Looking at that card alone I wouldnt stand for anything less than a full refund.
