Default Ebay fb question....

Bought 7 dvd season sets from a seller on ebay.

They had another 5 sets from a show I wanted and I sent them a msg asking if they had any other sets they could sell for about 5.00 cheaper than what they were getting on ebay...it rounded out that way to being thats all I had in paypal.

Got no reply and forgot about it...about a month later I get a NPB notice on the auctions I did win. Paid it and went about my business.

Just over 2wks later I realize I hadnt gotten them yet and hit them up for tracking.

I get a refund for one set tonight stating "their distributor" hadnt shipped to them yet so theyre just gonna refund.

Basically put they were selling stuff they didnt have and when they started the NPB they still didnt have it in hand..

Neg or neu?

Let it go.
You tried to get them to deal off of ebay then took a month to pay....as you forgot you had won several items (Cough).
Their distributor shorted them and you want to consider leaving a neg...I would think you, of all people, would know better than to ask this.

I didnt think my slip negates the fact theyre selling stuff they dont have in the first place.

I could let go of the NPB notice when it was more of a case of waiting on an answer from them but to get one and they not actually have the items in hand or in stock...

So, you wait a month to pay and then ask if YOU should leave a negative...

I'm so confused. So six weeks have passed since the initial purchase?

Sounds like they were using a drop shipper which is pretty common on ebay.
