bcw716- thanks im checking my messages now. I have reason to believe that even the Alvarado address may be bogus now as well as maybe even his name potentially but I still want to file a fraud claim with them either way. im going to use some resources I know of to track him down on where exactly he is. he has an Arizona area code, and claims to live in texas.

and as a response to previous questions, no I never received anything, I sent multiple payments for multiple deals that were all to be shipped together. nothing was ever shipped, nothing was ever received. he is an elaborate scam artist. the other person im talking to had the exact same thing happen to him and our conversations this this guy were almost exact to a T. he used the same B.S. on both of us and was very persuasive and there were a ton of reasons to say this sounds really legit. Otherwise I never would have sent that much money. Anyways, thanks everyone for the responses, if anyone knows anything else about this guy or knows anyone who has also been taken by him please put me in contact with them. Paypal has opened claims and I assume I should get all of my money back as the claim process works itself out. The main thing now is I want this guy to go to jail and am willing to do whatever it takes to get him there

If anyone knows how to track a phone number as to where its registered out of or where someone lives by that as well I can also provide that number. it looks like the address I have for him is a dead end and ive contacted 3 ebay members that sold him items to try and find out what address they shipped their items to as well. no answers quite yet though

I am not questioning the OP, but how can you mistakenly send gift? You are prompted after you enter the email address and have to choose between goods or gift.

Ah, paypal mobile. I have heard that as well. Don't know if that's what went down in this instance but that would be a legit reason. Good call.

looks like it may of been an invoice sent, and responded to on mobile

Yes it was a PayPal mobile payment through my phone and it never said anything about it being a gift payment. If PayPal doesn't side with me ill be doing all I can to expose PayPal for their fault in this as well. And idol didn't respond, I have already found multiple other people who got taken by this guy as well. I've got some people helpin for sure.

Report it to Iluvfish2 or Houdini. I would do it fast as it looks like he is really interested in scamming someone soon.
