Default How about this Ebay Knucklehead...

I sold an Allen Iverson Jersey with tags still attached on 6/24/13. Had to open a NPB case. Then bidder pays on July 3th, so I send it out priority July 5th. Buyer gets it July 6th. Today buyer opens a case against me saying the item is fake. IT STILL HAS TAGS FROM THE NBA STORE ON IT. Buyer never asked me to cancel the transaction or notify me something was wrong. Buyer also has Private feedback so, I can only imagine what others have said about him. If you feel this person is not worth dealing with, here is their Ebay name:

chenyichunnccu201313

Update on the case.
He closed the case saying he will keep the item. If it was truly fake, would any of you keep it???? I know some of you hate it, but when it comes to Ebay, always offer a return. Because, if you argue with a customers complaint, you know Ebay will side with them instantly. I didn't want to offer a return because I knew the jersey was legit...and thought the buyer (with private feedback) was shady.

I see your buyer has made their feedback private. Must be scamming others as well.

Why is making your feedback private even an option?? Doesn't that defeat the purpose of leaving feedback?

Buyers are allowed to keep feedback private. Some people just don't want to others to see what they have bought. Some don't want others to see what kind of feedback they leave (that's what bothers me about it. I'm always nervous when I can't tell if the buyer leaves terrible feedback on a regular basis). Knock on wood I've never had an issue with someone with private feedback. Buyer feedback is totally meaningless anyway.

You can not list any items without having your feedback public though.
