Default Beware of ebay user saketm
This guy bought a Chipper Jones Letter patch 1/1 from me a while ago for $200. He receives it and complains that it has a crease on the top left window of the patch. So i offered him a partial refund and he accepted it. I see he tried to sell it recently, and he actually did sell it, but i guess the buyer either noticed or did not pay. Today while searching ebay i see he has it listed again:

2008 Chipper Jones Topps Game Used Letter Patch 1/1!WOW - eBay (item 200435394504 end time Feb-09-10 17:56:00 PST)

I sent him a question asking why he makes no mention of the "giant" crease he complained about. He responds by saying that there is no crease on the card,that i should get my facts straight, and if i do see a crease to point it out.

Obviously this guy is a scammer so beware.

The rare eBayer who warrants blocking as a bidder AND a seller.

FYI, he left a neutral feedback for someone with the description "good". If he's leaving neutrals for "good" transactions, I don't want anything to do with him.

I asked him the condition of the card. His response:

"Card is in great condiion. Corners are sharp....LMK thanks"

Send him another email saying remember me the guy that refunded you for the giant crease on this card. See how he responds.

He replied immediately After the initial email. So I replied by stating I had sold it to him, he claimed it was damaged, I refunded etc. I have not heard back. Obviously he realized he f*cked up by not remembering, because he didn't reply to me, but he did reply to Nick.

I know this is old but i just noticed 2 things, he ended up selling it for $152.50, and he is also on this board. Buy/sell at your own risk.

Oh boy...........

I really don't want to get into this right now as I was the one who brought this to everyone's attention and have been arguing about it all freaking day, but yes, something did happen with him today that makes him look even worse in most people's eyes but his own.

Hopefully someone else in here can fill him in, or you can look through my posts from today as that's faster than going through the threads

Oh gotcha. I remember posting in threads a short while after and he pm'ed me about it. I forgot what was said exactly, but i remember he still denied it. So since there was nothing more i could do i let it go.

Dig for the back and forth if you have them
Take screen shots, not cut and past, post them and go from there
If the other member posts SS of him saying the card is perfect...then I am sure you will get some level of justification as those 2 acts would end up getting him banned,with this current haiku relation issue as icing.
