Please check your PayPal. The chargebacks were requested to be cancelled about 20 minutes ago. They may be processing or something, but if they are not closed by Monday at noon, please PM me with the date of the purchase and the purchase price.

Yeah, still nothing. The case was updated with a counter claim by the card issuer today. Not sure what that means exactly.

Means someone is going to hang you out to dry.
Your cards need to be returned, you need to file a fraud claim with your post office and you need to file an ICCC complaint. You need to add those to the paypal claim as information. THe man's son stealing his card means you can fight this as long as you stuck to paypal 100% on policies. Means if it was over 100 it best have had signature confirmation,regardless of anything else. If you do not follow their protocol 100% they will pass the crap along.

Do as I said, nip this in the bud. Do not play deer in the headlights and take the silly posture that so many do " I am in the right, it will go ok" because this can go a LOT worse than you think with Visa stepping in.

I have refunded RayRay his money. The cancellation of the chargebacks may take longer than I originally thought, so I gifted him the money. He will confirm this.

I hope that I can still be a trusted and active member on this forum. I'm sorry for my actions and they will not happen again.

I will confirm this. RefractorsETC sent me $95 a few minutes ago. I also agree that if the chargeback is cancelled and my paypal is refunded that I will send that money back to him. There will be no double dipping on my part here.

The chargeback was cancelled and the funds from our transaction have been returned. As was stated earlier I agreed to send the money back to RefractorsEtc after my money was returned. I have done that, so in my opinion this ordeal is closed.

I have asked Refractors to please confirm this information in the thread.

I understand that RJ. If I was on the outside looking in I would feel the same way.

Yeah im baffled. With no negs, a year from now this will all be forgotten, hell 6 months, 3 months! It seems that feedback can be "bought" if you will.

Identity theft, credit card fraud, lying, manipulating....and it all goes away.
