Default Stay away from BillyHo2012

I just wanted to let everybody know of my experience with BillyHo2012
because he has been posting a lot of stuff for sale lately. On 9/30 I paid for 3 cards ($8) and was provided a tracking number on 10/2. The tracking number never showed a scan so for the last few days, I have been sending him a p.m. about this. Yesterday I filed a Paypal claim since I did not hear back from Billy and noticed he has been active in posting. Today, he sends me a message stating that he has been busy with personal issues and he will send this weekend. Again, I asked for a refund and left negative feedback.

Billy, if you read this, next time if you are not going to ship in a timely manor, state that during the sale. If things come up, notify the buyer immediately. If you have time to post, you had time to send me a P.M.

Apparently he had enough time to print the shipping label but not enough time to drop it in a postal box

Just wanted to let anyand everybody know that Paypal ruled in my favor today and even they realized that Billy is a fraud and the tracking number provided was fraudelant as well.

Well i PMd him yesterday asking for an update. Haven't heard back yet. If I don't hear back from him this week should I start a paypal claim?

Because I'm still fairly new here and thought I needed to give him a chance to respond before I make a claim. In all honesty, I had forgotten I purchased something from him until I read this thread. I've also never had to start a claim before so this sucks....

I will give the guy 24 hours to respond to my PM from last night, which means he only has 6 or 7 hours left. If I don't hear from him by tonite I guess I'll be having fun learning how to file a claim. yay!

So I've never done this before, i have a question. I started the process on paypals website. Do I wait for him to respond or do I just escalate it right now?

I would escalate now since he has a history of this and make sure you leave negative feedback. I did already and we need to let verybody know (via feedback) that he is one to stay away from or he would need to ship first.

well I ended up filing a claim. slapped a neg on him too. I'm tired of waiting and not getting any responses....

I just figured I would add, I bought a couple of cards from him on Sept. 26. I just found the tracking number from PayPal in my email and it is still stuck on Electronic Shipping Info Received from October 2nd. But the cards I bought are in my bucket, so I must have got them. Weird....
