Default A tale of 3 trasactions

Have made 3 transactions since 3/11

#1 Bought and paid for on 3/11/2014.
1965 Topps 150 Brooks Robinson PSA 5 14835 | eBay
Label printed the same day so they can keep their "Top Rated Seller" status. They did not drop it off at the PO until 3/17. Still do not have it. Last updated in Tampa on 3/18.

#2. Bought and paid for an item on here 3/11. Was told the item would ship "in a day or 2". OK no issue there. Still have not received. Seller had "paypal shipping issues" but will refund my money if it's not here by Tuesday. Seller says they shipped on 3/15

#3. Bought and paid for this at 1PM EST on 3/18 and received it yesterday. IT had the longest distance to travel.
Juan Marichal Giants 1965 Topps PSA EX 5 | eBay

The PayPal shipping thing could really be true. If they don't know to switch to explorer, they could be stuck... although eBay shipping is actually working with FF & chrome if it was there.

I also have been having issues with Paypal shipping. Still no excuse, just walk into the PO and ship it that way.

I have FF and have been having issues too. Says the connection was lost or some crap. I do just switch over to IE and reprint them. But man, they need to work with FF

Sure. Unless you are have a job with normal business hours.

They could use USPS.com shipping though.

Just saying it could be an honest explanation.

USPS is open on Saturdays if you don't work then

If you have time to print a label and drop it off, you should have a few minutes to run inside and bring it to the desk. Nine business days (11 days in total) is a long time to get it figured out.

You could even use stamps if you wanted to, I got a bubble mailer yesterday that had about 4 stamps on it.

Yes it could be, BUT seller says he shipped it 7 days ago. Still nothing.

Not here, anything after 430 on a Friday sits until Monday, the only thing we get on Saturdays is delivery no pickup or processing.

The USPS has been doing some really strange things lately, I shipped a package on Feb. 20th it arrived in El Paso Texas on the 22nd and sat there until March 17th when it finally arrived in St Paul. and was finally delivered on the 21st in St Paul. Why it went to El Paso for a month who knows.

Quit complaining about the USPS. I printed a label for my Beckett submission on a Saturday morning, March 8th, dropped it at the desk of the post office after 12 noon. Paid for $5000 insurance at the window. Package was delivered to Beckett in Dallas on Monday March 10th. And I live in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.

In over 12 years selling on Ebay and these forums, I have only had 2 or 3 shipping issues with USPS. Usually and most often, shipping problems start with the person the initiates the process.

So because you had no issues, all our complaints are false? I don't understand how its anyones fault other than the USPS system for sending a package to the wrong state when the label is clear as day.

I break with a guy on the east coast on a regular basis and get stuff shipped weekly. All labels printed from paypal, one time a package went to Alaska instead of California, was that his fault? The label didn't look any different than the 20 other packages he sent. It eventually made it here so something on the package must have been right...

How have you done so many deals on this site and still complain about two week delivery times. That's pretty damn standard around here (unfortunately)

eBay - pay within a week, ship within a day
Blowout - pay within an hour, ship within a month

Or so it feels
