Default Does Anyone have pending deals with EST1987

That's all I am asking for now, any info would help.

Edit: Claim Filed.

I agreed to a $300 purchase with this seller, who I just happened to PM back and forth just to bs. I got a pm from him last Thursday saying that he needed to move his Glennon PC. We agreed upon a deal Last Saturday morning. I was away at a show last weekend and I had asked if I could pay Monday. He stated he wanted $15 more if that was the case. So we compromised and I made the payment on Sunday. I was told the package would ship Monday. The communication was lost for 2 days after that point. I sent a pm asking if he had shipped as I was concerned since we had always kept in touch with each other. He responded shortly after I sent the message (Tuesday AM). Told me he shipped Monday, but tracking was sitting in the car which his Wife had with her at work, told me he would send DC the next day. Next day came and no DC, Nothing Thursday, Friday or Today.

Some of you may say I might have jumped the gun on this. I don't think I did. I also debated posting this as too many people on the member feedback forum think they are vigilantes. However as much as I despise some of the people I figured I had to post this to protect others.

Is he not caving into giving you a partial refund? Or was the card "damaged" since it was shipped 2 days later?

Maybe you left a neg after he opened a non payment claim?

Sorry. Just wondered what the problem was this time.

All I know is every time you have an "issue", you tell one story and then we all find out your story lacks in accuracy.

Hopefully no one is getting scammed, but you've cried wolf one to many times for anyone to have any sympathy without hearing more accurate details.

Ok, just stop it. Jrb1 has already been promoted as a non-sheep and well liked.

We need more truthful, out of the box thinkers like this fellow here.

You should all try to live in a little thing I like to call Reality. The truth, no matter how cold it can be at times is always the way to go.

When Jrb1 called bigzig "lilzig," well that wasn't causing drama. That was thinking outside the box.

However, for bigzig to then imply that Jrb1 has a thick skull... well, now we have a real problem.

I believe the term is 'you reap what you sow' or 'you made your bed, now lie in it'. The Boy Who Cried Wolf also comes to mind.

You are correct sir and I am very sorry for being out of line. I will stop now. Before I do, just one question. Is it hard to talk with your tongue all up in your cheek like that? You might also want to wipe all of that sarcasm off of your keyboard.

Are you sure it wasn't because I caught you lying? Twice?

Not sure where your defender disappeared to though. Odd.

I was never caught lying, you guys just think you did. I find it kind of funny to be honest. Ganging up on someone with your "posse" doesn't prove anything. You guys always seem to try that intimidation factor. It doesn't work with me.

To clarify if I buy a card that is not stated as damaged and it comes in damaged you better believe it's getting sent back. I don't spend my hard earned money on items not as described.

Back to the issue at hand. This is why all this scamming happens on here, you always deflect the issue.

It appears he hasn't logged in since Tuesday. Hopefully there is a legit reason he hasn't updated you.

That's what I am hoping, and that's why I felt the need to open a claim maybe he will see the paypal email since he has not logged in here.

Seeing how the OP has been on my ignore list from the beginning, I'll just say I'm sure it's karma poking it's head in and saying hello.

Jermey is one of the best guys I've ever dealt with on here. Its hard for me to think he would intentionally scam somebody he has always been a honest straight up guy.

Yeah, you are a straight shooter with nothing to hide.

Have you figured out that your word means nothing around here? Nobody believes a word that you type on your keyboard.

I felt the same way and it was hard for me to post this thread. As I liked talking to Jeremy back and forth. The thing is when communication is cut for 5 days I have to take some sort of reaction. Considering when we were negotiating the deal the responses back and forth were pretty quickly responded.
