Me too, out 30 bucks, had some faith in humanity due to my low feedback, and going to get screwed. Any chance an admin has he's email or info that we can TRY to reach him know that he's banned??

First of all, did you at least make the purchase w/ a verifiable payment method (ie Paypal, etc...)?

Second, if you have the person's e-mail try looking it up on Google and digging up some info.

You do have some recourse if you can find what city/state the person lives in. BO had a scam artist (you can word search DUCKSGONEPRO) last year and even though it was a pain in the neck some people (me included) eventually got their money back. Good luck, hopefully you are just stuck in poor communication w/ slow delivery. If not, let us know.

I have his name and address from the cards I shipped him. His number is disconnected from the reverse address lookup in the white pages and the names of the residents there do not match up. This sucks......

It was a trade and not a purchase - which makes me feel like I'm hosed. I have his email and address though - and I will not go quietly. This just after ebay f'd me as a buyer out of $249 (delivered to wrong house...dc shows delivery to a different area code, and they found in favor of the seller)... This day blows.

What did the user get banned for? Plenty of users get banned for a few days for using profanity or something like that. His last post contained an abbreviation for profanity. Is that what got him banned? If so, he'll probably be back by the weekend.

But regardless, I know this doesn't do the OP any good now, but for anyone else reading this... this isn't SCF. You don't need to send first no matter how new you are. If you are comfortable with that, then thats on you... but don't let anyone here tell you that you MUST send first.

I know I was naive to send first, I just wanted to have a little faith in people. hopefully he is banned for profanity, but all the context around this isn't making me feel great.....

I doubt that he would be banned for using "F'N" if that was it, it seems like you'd be banned for using F'd in the title, so he must have pissed the mods off about something

He was banned for a post he made this morning. I caught it before too many people had seen it. He will not be returning because of it.

If anyone has his email, please post it here so anyone who has deals open with him can try to get a hold of him.
