Ok so I had a deal with thundafan2112. Since he received the money, he hasn't been on BO. Contacted thru eBay and responded. Took him 2 weeks to "ship" me the card. I got this DC from him last Friday and hasn't changed. He hasn't responded since. It's been about a month. He kept giving excuses. Here's the DC and check it out. I don't know what this exactly means? Could you help? Thanks! I don't want to be scammed!

doesn't look like it shipped. all this shows is that he printed out the label.
IF it was scanned, it woudl have shown a 'left (city)' some PO's are good about scanning, some are not. file a claim and see if he changes his story they usually do in the face of adverse action.Quote:

Man, I hope he doesn't screw you over. You have been one of the good kids to buy and trade with over the past 2 years I have dealt with you. I hope this one instance doesn't ruin your spirit to trade/buy/or sell.
I hope he does the correct thing, as I am sure you paid and I know how you pay. Best of luck buddy. |

Yeah thanks man. Means alot. Only bad thing is he is not the only problem I'm having to. It's a different trade on SCF for my Kobe patch. I'm just waiting. It is exactly how this one is going down, but I'm just waiting for a response for a week now. But if I get scammed out of both deals, I'm just gonna take a break from this hobby.

It now looks as if it was processed through the OK City facility last night.
The label was printed on the 3rd and either not dropped off until yesterday or it sat in a bin for a couple of days. You MAY want to open in front of a USPS employee if you think this guy is capable of sending you a decoy and nothing else. |

Even if it's insured, USPS can't do anything if there package doesn't look tampered with. If he's sent a decoy -- or even an empty package-- USPS doesn't have the legal rights to do anything there. This is something you'd need to do through the IFCC.

Considering my mother is a USPS postmaster and I ship alot of things Im fairly aware of how things work. Yes postal INVESTIGATORS investigate these things, but you think an individual clerk or carrier is going to get involved in watching someone open an uninsured package? WRONG! First they are not allowed to involve themselves in a civil matter such as that, secondly none would open themselves up to being required to give statements or even possibly appear in court over watching you open a $15 package. Give me a break, you dont seriously think the clerks want to involve themselves do you? They arent the police, and they arent postal investigators.
