Arrow How do I file mail fruad charges and internet fraud?

So this idiot on SCF scammed me of my Kobe triple patch for 3 weeks now. Hasn't been on since then. Disputed it a week ago and hasn't answered any pm's nor emails. So he is now banned and they gave links to charges, this is my first time. So I really don't know what to do then. Help! Thanks!

If you can get a name and address, contact his local police department. Lay out all the details, copy and paste any e-mails and paypal info. I had to do that w/ a high dollar card scam and finally got my money back after almost a year.

You are pretty much beat. SCF won't do anything. They give you some dumb links to file and nothing happens. People seem to think they are protected through SCF but they turn a blind eye when sh!t goes wrong. Pretty comical if you ask me.

Follow what RJF says and contact the local PD of the other party. File a complaint/report and hopefully something gets done.

Postal Inspectors say there needs to be a pattern, you should encourage others to file if you can find others that have been scammed. Good luck to you.

I'm not sure if you heard about this, but about 2 months ago around 6 of us got scammed by Tbigger13. I thought I just had to contact his police department and file a report, but you actually have to file it with your police department. Then call his police department and file the report. You may have to fax over the copy of the police report from your local police department.

You have to file a report with your own department first since youre the one that was stolen from. If the value is great enough or they have the time or even care to help, they should file the theft charges on your end and then contact the cops on his end and let them know that charges against him have been filed and hopefully someone will swing by his place and let him know and maybe he gets his arse in gear.

Hopefully the police will help you out. Alot of times they like to call it civil, which has happened to me and they did nothing for me. Was it a trade or did you send money?
