About To Open A Case on paypal

So i bought some cards from someone on here way back. It's been like 20 days or so and he lives one state away. Anyone think i should just wait and give the guy another couple days. He messaged me last week saying he had been busy and was gonna get it in the mail the next morning and would give me a tracking number, but never did. I have messaged him several times with no response. I would just like an explanation, so if you're reading this please respond. If i do end up having to open a case, I will post his user name on here so others know to stay away from him..

I would open the case asap. Sounds like he is trying to string you along until the time frame for you to file has passed

Yeah. I would file it and then if you do receive it, close the claim.

ok so i was talking to the guy and told him to just print the label off of paypal bc he was giving me some excuse about the PO. and this is what he said now

"Hey Nate, I just went to print the label(had a rough day, rear ended in a hit and run among other things) and discovered that I can't as long as the hold is on the transaction due to the dispute."

well, go ahead and leave him negative now too. I dont get why people seem so scared to leave negative itrader. If its a bad deal people should see it on there.

I just don't want him to leave me negative even if it is just temporary..Just going to possibly deter people from doing deals with me..I messaged one of the mods trying to get him suspended so noone else has to deal with that

I had it happen with frogsrgreat, retaliatory negative. Mods removed it very quickly.

Definitely, that's why its there. Any one doing a trade with him will see a negative, they may not see this thread.

You always need to live itrader...it warns others about them and prevents others from being scammed.

Ok, I figured I'd pop in to defend myself. I am still planning on shipping this. I just have been really busy. I have it all packed up, but if he can let me know how to print out a label, then I'll drop it in the mailbox tomorrow and have it to him by Wednesday...

Can someone tell me how to print off a label when it has put the transaction on hold? I have his cards packaged up, I just can't get it to print a label...

It's been two days past two weeks...

And yes I was busy during that period, in that I was working during the day and didn't get a chance to go to the post office to get it weighed. Now that Nate told me how much cards weigh on average, I can just estimate.

Does anyone care to clue me in as to how to print the label so I can get this out??

Just do it the old fashion way with a DC slip and stop being lazy?
