Is 11 days to ship TOO LONG??

Bought from a member on here, paid through paypal and 11 days later the cards were POSTMARKED. Not received, but postmarked. Is it me or does that seem WAY too long to put 2 stamps on the mailer and drop in the mailbox? What type of iTrader if any should I leave?

I get that, and while I feel 11 days is a bit much maybe the general group here would say not a big deal. Just trying to get an idea, dont want to be a total jerk and jump the gun.

If you got the cards to me its either positive or neutral. then I'd just post the in the comments took long to ship (11 days) or something to that effect.

I'm with Robert on this one. While I would never take that long to ship, it happens (not that I would be happy about it). I would go with the neutral and state it took 11 days to ship. If it doesn't show up, or is damaged (not by shipping), then leave the negative.

Just ask the seller. Something may have come up.

To me this is what makes it a neu vs a pos. If he has to hunt the seller down for an excuse its a neu..had the seller sent him a message saying "XYZ situation went down, shipped later than expected, sorry!"...maybe then a pos.

11 days is WAY too long to ship. 1-2 minutes to package and print a label and another to run it to the mailbox and put the flag up or schedule a pick up. Technically you don't have to leave your house. L A Z Y.

To be honest, just wait till the package arrives to even think of a decision..If he threw something else in there it should be positive, or in some way at least apoligized..As long as everthing shows up in perfect condition, i would say it's probably a positive.

I guess it just depends on how the seller has handled the situation. If they acted remorseful and apologized and it seemed sincere or thrown in some freebies then I'd say positive. If they are just being lazy and not communicating then neutral.

I agree with the neutrals, but everyone jumped on my back last week about giving someone on ebay a neutral because it took them 10 days to ship.

I guess I wasnt clear enough. I have received the package. I asked a few days ago if the items had been sent since it had been over 2 weeks and was told they were mailed. I received cards on October 1st I paid for on September 13th. My main question was what type of feedback should be left since: Yes I received the cards BUT it took nearly 2 weeks to mail them and 3 weeks to receive.

seems to be a big problem on this board. I had one guy wait over 20 days to ship here only to have some of the cards damaged over poor shipping too.

eBay is a completely different story, and on that note I don't really remember anybody "jumping" on your back. I think someone even noted that the seller in your situation had that information in their shipping times.
