Yes- I've safely shiped up to 4 cards (each card in its own top loader and 2 top loader per teambag) in size 0 with no issues.

I think those are bigger than what you are looking for. You are most likely looking for the #000

I use the #000 can ship a decent amount of cards in them.
They are 4x 8

I use #000 as well for 1-2 cards. I picked up 1000 of them on ebay for just a bit over $30. Can probably get 500 for around $20ish. Might be your best bet, honestly.

You definately want the #000 size. The #0 is WAY too big.

My wife accidentally bought me the "0" size and had about 30 to get rid of. I found that cutting them in half and essentially folding the edge over created a nice size for 1-3 cards in top loaders, team bags etc...

I know this probably isn't preferred but it got me thinking about the cost per envelope as I was cutting the cost in 1/2 through this method. I was using a bit more tape as I wanted to make sure the flap was taped down well, and I was also taping a piece of white paper over the edge that I previously cut.
