Exactly. There are very few of the rare pieces made. Nobody is going to trade those away. It's easy to find lists of all the rare pieces. Unless you pull one yourself, you aren't getting one.

I haven't done the Monopoly game since 5-6 years ago when you could send in a SASE and get free pieces with guaranteed Best Buy Bucks included with each. Made nearly a grand that year just by mailing envelopes in. So many of us did it that they stopped that "perk" the following year.

$5 for 20 McNuggets and 4 Game Pieces - 1:4 Wins free food, so for $5, I'm getting 1/2 lb. of deep-fried Chicken by-product and a free food coupon, on average. Score!

It does suck having to buy new pants, though .

So according to this its harder to get the railroad (even though there is 20 of those prizes) then the 2 million dollar Boardwalk prizes

Basically you should be willing to just split the prize and hope to find a sucker because these are super easy to find all they would have to do is buy a few mcnuggets probably to hit baltic.....Me and a coworker used to always play together and over the last few years we hit that combo 2 times! Takes a ton of luck (and fried crap !)

people like OP are basically hoping someone comes a long that is stupid enough to not know which game pieces are the rare ones and trade them away for a bunch of worthless commons. which is a tad sketchy but worth a try i guess.
