cant ship anything like this USPS would have to be FedEx or UPS...against the rules to ship on both of those, but it's not a felony like it is if you send it USPS.

You need approval to ship it via UPS.

I have been a whiskey and beer snob for years and routinely make trades. Nothing is illegal unless you use USPS, with ups and FedEx you just don't declare the contents and its no big deal. Hell, there is liquor for sale all over eBay from private citizens.

If you have a problem don't buy it.
