thats a deal! I need something better for the apartment, but they won't let me change anything. GL!

I saw these on This old house or the yankee workshop recently. seems like the newer ones with the better upgrades are the ones to go with.

1st and 2nd gen..only difference is the 2nd gen is thinner. software is always updateable via wifi. Good price! Blackfriday, Lowes had the first gen for $188. I got 2 at my home...very nice pc of equipment.

Incorrect. The 2nd generation adds a few more weird configurations in what you might have in your HVAC set up. Quite unlikely you would need it, but there is that difference.
