I need to bitch at them bc I brought a box of Knockout and only for three base auto. There wasn't any auto relic like promised on the box. Please let me know if anyone knows the number and who to speak with. Much thanks to all....

I got a hold of them but that person was rude. He said just email us at support and we'll reply to you. What a prick! I guess I'll send them a letter. thanks for your help guys!

Not really sure what is so hard about the replacement process. I was just shorted an auto relic out of a box of Bowman Platinum and resolved it all via email
All I did was scan the UPC and sales reciept and uploaded them to a PDF. I then sent an email to their support and all was resolved in just over two weeks. The directions are directly on their website for those that are able to read. |
