Need some Feedback.. about a trade or non trade?

I worked out a trade here and was really excited. It was 3 of my UFC cards(1 tale of the tape, 1 printing plate and one black mat relic/88) for a couple of Couture items he was going to pick up on ebay. We discussed back and forth and came to a deal. He asked if i'm sure about wanting to trade, I said yes. He said ok. This was about 15 days and 9 unresponded to PM's about 1 every other day just asking whats up with the trade.

He seems to be an established trader on here and continues to post but will not respond to me?

How long do I wait before I consider him having backed out?
