Well Lesnar doesn't like anyone

and those swings after the rounds were nothing, never were going to land. Just mind games.

Bigg rigg is gonna get his shot.No way he has to fight ellenberger. If anything,Rory Mcdonald will get condit or Ellenberger.Bigg rigg has earned the right to fight for the title.

A champs duty is to defend his title. The challengers job is to take it away from him. A win is a win. A tko is a win. Finishing oppenents does not equate to the only way of winning. THe risks of all out gung ho warfare is not worth the long term gains.

Thats the difference between a smart fighter and a dumb one!!

I want to see Rory vs GSP. I think RORY is the future of this division. He trains with GSP so dunno if he will fight him.

Before Rory dropped out of 158 due to injury and was replaced by Hendricks to fight Condit..GSP said that if Rory wins he won't fight him since they're good friends and training partners. And that he won't say what it is but he has something else planned. So if there ever is a GSP vs Rory it won't be anytime soon

a win is a win . but he is still unable to finish fighters . so his mindset is to go in there and fight for 25 minutes every time ? i highly doubt that . if he could finish people he would .......

He's fully capable of finishing people, but he's not going to put his chin out there to throw huge haymakers to try for it. He plays it smart and when he sees a shot he takes it.

Lately he's fought people with some good china. He threw a few nasty ones that could've been a ko shot and Diaz took them.

I'd LOVE to see him knocking out people or submitting, but playing smart and getting the win is the goal

Im sure any fighter would take the opportunity to finish his opponent off. But at what risk? Thats the question.

Do you as a champion, risk not only losing but getting hurt by a lottery hit that could do you in? That risk in my opinion is not worth it. Fights are not 100% physical. Todays fights are more strategy and mind games. Unfortunately for the fan that doesnt find any respect in strategy, it looks boring. Im not looking for a knockout or a punishment blood bath when I watch UFC. Im looking for strategy and technique. If you want a blood bath and big knockouts, put 2 guys in a ring without any technique and make sure they are big dudes. Youll get brutality entertainment. Quality fighters dont win matches with their fists, they win them with their mind! To each their own.

I give more respect for a fighter who fights using superior technique and various arsenals in his repertoire. GSP let his opponent up after taking him down various times. He gave him a chance. He challenged in on the mat. He challenged him on his feet. WHat more do you want? The opportunities were there and given to the challenger to beat the champ. It just didnt happen.

Its like walking into a casino. You hit a jackpot for $10k. Do you run and drop all 10k on one single bet and risk losing it all after you won it? Never! Too risky.

while I enjoy a good knockout or submission, i tend to enjoy a 25 minute beat down and think that is more of a testament that someone is a better fighter than a quick finish. gsp going to decision doesn't bother me in the least.

And it is not even close...and Silva is soon to be 38 yrs old with GSP 6 years his junior....... I still say a aging silva beats him pretty bad
