It is a tough fight to call....but Mir thinks he can stand with Cro Cop...and I think he is an idiot if he tries..... Cro Cop will drop him.... Mir also thinks he has an advantage on the ground...which he does. But Cro Cop has fought top wrestlers that could not get him on the ground. Cro Cop's take down defense is really underrated. It will be a great fight.... I am thinking Mir will go down and then have to move to light heavyweight. IMO... If Cro Cop loses, I do not know what he will do next... I guess either retire or be the guy that fights all the new heavyweights

I'm torn on who I want to see win this fight. I like both fighters, but have to lean towards Cro Cop. If Mir plans to stand up with him, I see him getting caught with roundhouse kick to the head and lights out. Mir has dropped like 40 lbs since the ass whipping Carwin gave him, so he should be a lot faster and from all appearances, he looks stronger too. So who knows.
The fight I'm most looking forward to is Nogueira and Bader. I hope Bader beats the piss out of him. I'm still disgusted over that BS decision Nog got over Brilz a few months ago.

If it is the Cro Cop of recent UFC fights he will loose first round or early second. IF it is the pride Cro Cop, then Cro Cop wins via leg kicks or decision. I also think Lytle will win he is very overlooked. I do not watch serra fight so I could be wrong.

its a really great card
i agree that decision little nog got a while back was wrong i hate mir's attitude , im afraid for cro cop on the ground mir is a genius on the ground. i want to see cro cop win , i think he could , but like someone else said , what the hell is he going to do if he wins ? i dont see him being very competitive beyond this ? so im afraid that tonight may well be the end for cro cop , i hate to say it . |

Anyone else think Dunham got jobbed there? Blood must influence judges more than shots landed, sub attempts, and knockdowns. Not the worst decision I've seen, but think it should have gone the other way.

No doubt. Everyone in the building except the judges had Dunham winning that one. I don't understand how they gave the second round to Sherk, he got rocked more than Dunham did. All Sherk did the whole fight was escape guillotines.
