If the item is a BIN or B/O and I submit a B/O and it's accepted do I still get the cashback?

Nope. Just BIN. You can ask the seller to adjust his BIN to a price you both agree on. That gets you around the rules. Thanks. Rob

If he accepts your B/O it doesn't count. But if it's declined with a counter-offer, the counter-offer counts since it's a BIN. Same thing with a second chance offer, it counts since it's a BIN.

Ok, used it again last night on Ebay(10%) to get a 2008 Donruss Elite Extra Baseball case from Blowout...and neither of the last 2 transactions have been immediate pay-out for me- Just an FYI
