I got the email this morning too. So do you have to be signed up with bing? I have a few items in watch and I just searched ebay on bing clicked the link and I still can't get it to work. Is there something I'm doing wrong?

Sign up for Bing, there aren't any others strings attached that I've found. Currently I've been getting 10% off.

I don't know if Blowout has any direct "Bing" discounts but if you search on eBay for Blowout BIN items after logging into Bing you should get 10% off now. These percentages change at any time so you never know if they will go up or down.

just go to Bing. type in a search such as "cheap ps2." this should bring up ebay and show the cashback amount. click the link to go to ebay. once you do that, you should see the cashback symbol at the top of the ebay page. once you see the cashback symbol, just go to your watched list and the cashback symbol should stay there.

i don't know why everyone always says to type in these words, alls you gotta do is go to Bing/ebay cashback stores....it shows all stores by alpha based on who exactly of those stores are running a certain % of cashback!

That happened to me last year when the limit was 20. I used it for anything, even small purchases. Luckily it got reset this year. Now I only use it for $100+ purchases.

Well, I emailed them and was told that there was no limit on transactions just when you hit the $2500/year max. Then I hit the 40 transaction max, I emailed them again and was told 40 was the limit. I still have the email from the rep who told me there was no limit, I actually fowarded that one back to bing.
They shoudn't shouldn't have limits on transactions, just the $2500/yr max should be it.
