For those looking at hotels, try priceline. I got 3 1/2 star Inner harbor area for $70 a night + fees (about half mile from convention) I later found out that parking is $25 or so a day.

Anyone have any suggestions on parking??

Do you think anyone that can't go would be interested in shipping items to be signed to someone that is going? I don't know if ebay allows you to sell a service like that, but I was thinking about trying. Have them pay the cost of who and what item they want signed plus $10 or whatever is fair then send it back. The down side is I think the signature cost is equal to or higher than what someone could get a card for on ebay. People pay that much for the bonus of getting to take a picture and meet the athlete, right?

We did the walking last time and just left the car at the hotel. Found out later there was a shuttle available - I'd check into this.

I think he/she was referring to the hotel parking, I do know that the Marriott is around that price. Last year I used the parking pass from the VIP ticket, it does not seem that Baltimore will have that option available.

Yep. We were just outside the city limits (HI express) and walked to the convention center to save on the center parking. Cost me I think 15-20 per night (plus taxes -grrrr) just to stay parked at the hotel. But this elinimated the parking at the convention center. Took is 15 min or so to walk it (which in the mornings was more than enlightening

Baltimore doesnt have parking for the show for the VIP tags (big reason I loved Cleveland).
