For those looking at hotels, try priceline. I got 3 1/2 star Inner harbor area for $70 a night + fees (about half mile from convention) I later found out that parking is $25 or so a day.

Anyone have any suggestions on parking??

Not sure if you got this E-mail or not about parking. For the Baltimore residents is it safe to park overnight at Camden Yard's parking lots?



PARKING & TRAVEL INFORMATION FOR 33RD NATIONAL SPORTS COLLECTORS CONVENTION
There are many options for parking in and around the Baltimore Convention Center. Here are some of the parking facilities available to exhibitors and attendees to the 33rd National Sports Collectors Convention, August 1-5, 2012. We suggest you check the web site for a specific lot as prices tend to fluctuate seasonally.

We have been informed that Camden Yards Parking Lot C will be available for 24 hour parking during the show. This lot is conveniently located near the Baltimore Convention Center. The lot has hourly rates, a daily rate and early bird rates (in before 10AM). I went on the national site tonight and am trying to get a hotel for me and my nephew for 2 night. Anybody get rooms this week, and know good motels to call. It would have to be kinda close, because we are taking the bus down to downtown Baltimore and cant travel to far back and fourth from show to Hotel. Any advice is always great! Hope to meet some good people and have a fun time.

Try using priceline, that is how I got my room.

Wow, awesome! I'll be there on Saturday. Can't wait! I went when it was in Baltimore before in 2010 and it was awesome. This year's looks to be so much better though. Thanks for the giveaway opportunity, too!
