Topps announces the player redeemable for the 2009 Topps Baseball Series 2 RED HOT ROOKIE Redemption # 8 is Julio Borbon, Outfielder, Texas Rangsers and # 9 is Jhoulys Chacin, Pitcher, Colorado Rockies.
