but no one knows what, if any, the case hits will be this year... so how can it be "worth" 3-4k? still dont know how many autos each player will have... or if there are any cuts/bat barrels.

It is July, case doesn't come out till November I think......lets talk again in September when we should know a lot more information.

Have to disagree there are some duds in there. Any product that cost about 300 a box and you can pull some of those 100 guys those are a bust..

You may call them junk, but all of those guys are hall of famers. Even though we have been spoiled with Tony Gwynn or Ryan Sandberg autos, they are still all time greats.

i think by 'duds", wolff might be referring to the kind of money some of the particular players bring in. (i could be wrong)

last time i checked, even though Gwynn is a HOFer i dont see his autos fetching several hundreds of dollars.

thanks capt, that is what I was talking about. Also, can somebody explain to me why donnie baseball is in the set. I hate how he gets mentioned as a great when he will never make the HOF. I guess if you play for the yankees that makes you great.. give me a break....

Yep thats it, he has a huge fan base. Will sell much more than other hall of famers in that set.

I am going to pm the guys back now that msgd me, but I looked up the one site that had it posted..... and they must have caught their mistake, and raised it 120.00 a box.... the other was an email list from their site, havent heard back from my inquiry with them. So the 350+ a box is looking like the actual price.....
