I agree and disagree. Flooding the market hurts these cards big time. However, like it was said allready: If this was one of the other big 2 manufactures these cards would be selling for 2 or 3 times what they are selling for now. I get what Razor is trying to do and I like it, but when it comes to loyality and value they just don't have it yet. They are still a minor league team trying to compete in the Big Leagues.

Pack prices might start climbing again. LOL

Was this card on anyone's list of cards that would make your money back?

Well, there goes another high dollar card that will hurt sealed pack prices.

This is Deal or no Deal with cards...I really don't understand the desire to pay $7000 on an EBAY auction when other autos of Presidents can be bought for less. You can even get entire documents with the signature.

I don't know...I wish you guys the best of luck if your holding one though!!

Because your average Presidential auto on a document isn't as rare as one in the soon-to-be most talked about set ever.

Ok, ok, I don't think this will be the most talked about set ever, but it will forever be remembered, and collectors with money to burn know only 99 different collectors, at the most, will ever be able to own a piece of this set.

OK...So if this goes well you don't think they saturate the market with more of the same stuff?? A presidential auto with fancy cardboard around it...ooooh!!

I'd rather read what the document actually said that he/ she signed...for all I know they bought Birthday cards with their sig

Good points Wheeler and probably right on...I'm just not caught up in the HYPE

You make good points too. Hype is what drives the collectible card market. There just isn't enough hype surrounding autographed documents these days like there is baseball cards. Perhaps we should all be buying signed documents for two reasons:

1) More people are paying attention to cut signature cards right now making bargains all around us.

2) After a few years of cut autographs being made, less and less of these signed documents will exist, therefore greatly increasing their worth.

Already $25,000 off on the George Washington card! It's down to $75,000 from $100,000. Three more $25,000 discounts, and I'll be able to afford it.
