Default 1 Case of 2011 Topps American Pie.. first 3 boxes.. worth it?
:edit: 7 boxes instead of 3 now...
Okay so I bought a 12-box sealed case of this for pretty cheap around.. $575 (~$48/box)
Opened 3 boxes.. not impressed... should i keep going or sell the rest?
Hits not including two foil cards # 75 and dozen other regular foil cards and buyback cards.

So took a break from the hobby boxes and bought two blasters at Target....
1 1978 Superman buyback card and:
Joe Gannascoli Relic
Buster Keaton Commemorative Letter Patch 2/25! "O"

So retail blasters are just as good as hobby boxes except you get one hit per blaster and the price of three blasters is cheaper than a hobby box... but in my case.. the hobby boxes were cheaper. Anyways back to the hobby boxes...

I've gotten 4 of the /25 coin cards from retail for 2.99 a pack lol hobby in this is a waste when the hits in retail are just as good. retail has 3 hits per gravity and quite a few autos might i add.

"IS IT WORTH" what is the highest card in the set? i havent even seen any hits that are worth even mentioning besides the jimi hendrix swatch..i want to pull a 500 or a thousand dollar card, thats why i would recommend pop century over american pie...jimi hendrix would be a nice hit..but all these fake game used jerseys being sold to card companies makes me think that all these celebrity swatches are fake too...thats why i sold all my good swatches and dont collect swatches anymore unless the person is still alive and signing for the card set

That seems like a crappy generalization. The sport ones are fake, so the celebrity ones must be too? I haven't heard one report of any celebrity products being fake....Just saying.

i havent heard any reports either..and i didnt hear any reports on the game used jersey problems until it made headlines...just be careful out there...
