I contacted them a couple weeks ago with expired redemption's that I have. They say just mail it in with a letter explaining the problem.

My wife pulled the same redemption in our 4 boxes from the Black Friday sales as well as a Helen McCrory (Narcissa Malfoy) in HBP-Update.

I mailed both redemptions in the same envelope but sent it priority. Hopefully it made it artbox this past Thursday.
