Wow I had no clue these even existed, I would love to have autos of some of these guys especially a guy like Hemsworth. Are you going to be putting these guys up on eBay?

Wow... Nice break! Interesting how they included a Thor autograph - but hell it's Kat Dennings!

Looks like a very nice break to me. I tried to get it on some of this, but it was sold out from both of my sources when I tried to allocate some cases.

Chris Hemsworth, Jeremy Renner, Cobie Smulders, Colm Feore(on unreleased Thor card), Kat Dennings(on unreleased Thor card), Jaime Alexander(on unreleased Thor card), Bruno Ricci(on unreleased Captain America card).

This set is loaded. If I was a buyer of Thor, I'd be pi$$ed but, at least those autos are available now!

I was a 2 case buyer of Thor, and I am pissed. That set would have been incredible had these autos also been included.

Looks like Johannson was a mock-up that doesn't exist. Cases have been broken and not a single one reported found. Either that or, it's like 1:100 cases. (Knowing UD, it doesn't exist and will show up in another set like the Thor cards)

No Downey, no Evans, no Jackson and no Ruffalo. This is why I wanted Rittenhouse to continue making these cards. They have a way of getting these guys to sign. I'm glad, my two Downey autographs from Iron Man will hold their value.

As far as a bang for my buck is concerned, I paid about 20% more for the Avengers set than the Marvel Greatest Heroes from RA. While the sketches are not all color (WAY over-rated in my book), I also have the autos, plates, comic cut and 22 costume cards that would not exist in a RA case. Also with RA, you would get a ton of bit role actors (remember Spiderman 2?) that nobody cares about.

Trust me, I am no major fan of UD and think that Richard McWilliam should not be allowed to run the company but they have a real winner with this one. I too would have liked a ScarJo auto but they never said that it would be produced.

I think what they have is a HUGE liability for fraud and false advertising. They are doctoring fake cards to try and make pre-sells, etc. Topps did this a few years ago with a Batista auto card they doctored up as well. If they are going to show a card for the set like they did with ScarJo then they need it in the set or its basically a fake out. No way in hell if they put a hundred plates, bells and whistles in a case is it worth it to get a Hemsworth or Smulders auto and a bunch of holdovers that shouldve been in the Thor set. Completely out of line! Also, the guy I know at UD said they tried to get Chris Evans to sign for the Cap set and this one and his agent is the one who prevented it because he wanted several hundred dollars per auto. Very surprised they didnt have Sam Jackson and Ruffalo because I was told they were both signing unless UD is planning a second series minus the sketch cards.

Their sale sheets all say all cards subject to change. Thats their legal loophole.

It is getting pretty freaking old though. I personally am getting sick of it. I mean at some point it HAS to stop. They prob NEVER EVER even had a remote chance of there being a ScarJo autograph, but they knew it would sell cases if they threw it on the sales sheet.

I would say too early to tell. In Captain America, the super short prints were NOT main charachters, so who knows.
