Default 2 Boxes TWD Comic - Dud box

Yup, first box was a dud (no sketch). I was really excited and that REALLY sucked.
Lot of duplicates and even had some in the same packs. Also duplicate comic book cards CB6. Here is the sketch from the second box. Could use a little help on the artist.

Cryptozoic sent me my replacement sketch. I was surprised to have FedEx knocking on my door at 6:45PM on a Saturday. I really like this sketch, but it still kind of sucks that I had to pay for extra shipping (to send box tops with confirmation) and wait all this time just to get what I paid for to begin with. They were nice about the whole thing, but there wasn't really any service recovery.

If I spent $85 at a restaurant, and they forgot to bring me my entree, then I would be offended for them to ask me to pay extra for them to bring it to me way after I was done with everything else. The whole experience is already lost. Oh well, just my two cents. Here's the sketch.

I agree and disagree. Lots of times I've been told to go pound salt by Topps when missing a hit so at least you got yours. By the way did you get the boxes from a store or online in Nashville? My girlfriend lives there and I visit fairly often. Always looking for new places to try.

The first box I got that was missing a sketch was purchased straight from Cryptozoic. The second box I got that was missing a sketch was from an online store.

Unfortunately, the only card shop near me does not deal in Non-sports, and the other shops that carry non-sports cards are mostly comic shops and have a very limited selection (and over-priced). I'm pretty much stuck with ordering online. makes me want to open a local shop.
