no, i dont think they are guaranteed 1 a box since there have been dud boxes and sometime boxes with multiple hits.

He was hired by Topps to do like a zillion sketches and he turned in a zillion crappy identical crappy sketches of crappy monkeys. And they accepted them, paid him, and inserted them in the product...

very rare is kind of a waste of key words to put in the title very few people if any are going to include very rare in their search when searching for sketch cards
