most are standard size but the patches are a little larger

never heard of these but they look awesome!

I believe Cult-Stuff has redemptions for both replicas and authentic posters. My case had a redemption for a replica which arrived a couple of weeks ago and has a special card that gives info about it, something to the effect of a reprint from the 1950's or 1960's using the same equipment that was used to print the WW2 originals.

Redemptions can also be for sketches (as the OP stated) and also complete authentic period medals as well as other items that cannot fit in standard cards/packs.
