4 Box Heroes Break - Save the Cheerleader!

Nothing is for trade and everything will hit the block on Wednesday, product's release.

Pulled 2 complete sets of the 10 card foil set (2 cards short of a 3rd). Avg. 8 foil cards per box.

Here are my hits:

The Sketch is by Jeff Chandler and according to another board, he only did 100 sketches

And of course, have to be happy with the Cheerleader Swatch. Rumor has it she's one of the toughest costumes to pull!

Very happy with the break, but would have been HAPPIER had Topps not made it so that there was only 2 sketches per case (on avg).

For those who don't know, here are the odds as listed on the wrapper:

Autograph - 1:135
Sketch - 1:86
Memorabilia - 1:44

Great sketch, I like the cartoonish ones more then the ones where the artist misses the mark on a portrait.

I'll report on my 1 case break when it shows up.

Looks like the boxes are already going down. They started off at $60, now they are settling at $40 and they haven't even been released yet.

Makes sense, there is less fabric in a cheerleader outfit than regular clothes. I'd be curious to see who is SP'd in the autograph lineup.

I just hope there are not a million of them listed by the time I get my cases. I am so sick of the beat the clock ebay game. Every once in a while I get product a day or 2 early but I never list them before I am supposed to.
Would'nt it be nice if everyone played by the rules.

Found this info on Nonsportsupdate site.

To address some of the questions each box so far has had one base set,70 cards towards a second 90 card set,7 foil chase cards and one of the sketch/auto/costume cards.

Looks like 10-12 base sets and 4-5 foil sets per case.
