Default 1 case break of Batman: The Legend, Need help with Artist Identifications!

This is a scan of my artist sketch card pulls. I got 13 sketch cards, one of them being a Glebe, and no redemption's or printing plates. I think I did okay considering 1 of the sketches was a Glebe.

The cards are scanned in order by sketches I pulled first, going from bottom far-right corner, Bane being the first sketch card I pulled, and going sequentially to the top row, Batman on the top left-hand corner being the last sketch card I pulled. (That's just the order I arranged them on the scanner )

2 boxes contained 2 sketches, and 1 box had no sketches!! That 1 box is what I consider a "dud" box, but it made up for it with 2 boxes containing 2 sketches. 1 of the boxes that contained 2 sketches, consisted of Bane and Anthony Wheeler Batgirl. The other sketch box consisted of Pablo Praino Batman and Joe Pekar Selina Kyle.

I'm keeping the Bane vs Batman by Glebe, Selina Kyle by Joe Pekar, and Batgirl by Anthony Wheeler.

As for the rest, I need some help with artist identification's and I will consider trades/offers for those.

...Now time for me to go back and start arranging card sets out of the rest of the cards from the packs. ...

I would say a Glebe makes the case an automatic win lol.

I can't help you with artists as I haven't opened any yet, but there is a chart someone from Scoundrel made of artist signatures:

Thanks! That artist identification list is very helpful. I identified most of the artist sketch cards that are missing. However, there are still 2 or 3 that don't appear on that list. One of the cards, the Batman, on the top far-left corner has no artist signature or name to help with the identification.

I learned that the Two-Face sketch is a rare sketch card, by Roger Andrews. There is a star on his name, labeling him as a rare artist, according to the sketch card artist list on the Cryptozoics website: http://www.cryptozoic.com/tradingcar...-trading-cards

I see a Batman sketch card by Andrews listed on ebay for $80.

I'll have to get back to you once I figure out a good price for the Two-face.

Yup, that's my $79.99 obo on ebay. Like most sketch prices, I just take a stab at the dark lol. Good luck with your sales. Nice case!

I like the Two Face as well but couldn't pay that much. Will these be heading to ebay?

They did the "rare" artist a bit odd on this set. Normally just the high end artist, but this one seems to be random to lower end. some of the "rare" artist cards are still bringing in what they normally would.

I wouldn't be near $80 on an andrews.

Good luck if you decide to list it.

I'm thinking $60 obo on the Two-Face, free shipping. Does that sound reasonable? That'll be my going rate, since I don't like the ebay fees and would rather deal directly with collectors on the forums first.

I don't see it at 80 because it isn't a Batman, but it's still a nice sketch by a rare* artist.

Let me know if interested.

Not sure you will get any takers but you never know, someone may just have to have it. I've seen sketches from this set listed 2 or 3 times each under BIN/BO before they just go to auction so they can be sold. Throw it on ebay and see what happens.

And I wouldn't put much stock into the "rare" classification, at least until Crypto tells us what it means (hopefully they do).

It seems like 30 or less is considered rare.

That was a great case, congrats! The Glebe is amazing, and I also like the Batgirl, Selina Kyle, Batman on the top row, and the Two Face by BO's own Ted.

Cryptozoic lists all their artists on their website and have a * next to each artists name they consider rare. We don't know actual numbers for the sketches, so it's really up to them to tell us which are rare or not.

I did 21 for the set and have an * by my name on Cryptozoic's site. I had no idea about the * until I saw this thread. I haven't seen any of mine pulled yet on here or E-Bay...

How much do you guys think the Glebe sketch is worth? I searched "completed listing" on ebay, and the glebe's I saw have been selling for $299.99 from best offers. I'm referring to the Catwoman and Nightwing Glebe sketches. There's a Bane vs Batman Glebe sketch on ebay selling for BIN, $399.99, but I don't think that would ever sell.
