4 boxes Batman: The Legend & 1 box Marvel Greatest Heroes...extra sketch!!

Just popped open 4 boxes of the Batman: The Legend set and 1 box of the Marvel Greatest Heroes set. In one of the boxes of Batman there was an extra sketch card!! It looks amazing in person. Also in one of the boxes was a printing plate!!. Honestly this was probably my best break yet. Need some help though identifying some characters/artists. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for looking.

??? by ??? (possibly the mystery artist)

Killer Croc by ??? (extra sketch)

Is the plate the manor where batman lives. I only ask because I was about 10 years old and watching reruns in the 80's. That plate is pretty bad a#$s looking.

Yes that is of Wayne manor. It is the black colored plate. It is available if anyone is interested.
