Ok, here are the results for your Heroes sketches. From the first 3 you posted:

Steve Oatney- 97
Kevin Doyle- 209
Rich Molinelli- 287

From your second post:

Jeff Chandler- 100
The second one has me stumped, I can't see a signature. Looks a bit like Ingrid Hardy but that's just a guess.

Damn, that NAR is great and that De Liz is awesome too. If you are planning to part with that De Liz let me know what you are asking.

I will be selling them all and would like to put them on Ebay tonight. However, I will consider any offers if you guys PM me. Please be fair as I have no idea what these are worth.

I'm on my way to my son's basketball game right now, and then I have a city counsel meeting to attend, but will respond as soon as I get back early this evening.

Ok, that one I couldn't identify is almost certainly by Brian Kong. Here is a very similar sketch by him:
