LOTR Masterpieces Series 2 (2 case break)

Well I busted 2 cases of this stuff today. There were some very nice looking sketches. There were also a few Klopenstiens.

Any help with the Artist and Characters would help. (some I know, some I dont)
Everything will be listed tomorrow.

At the .14 second mark with the G is Grant Gould.

At the 1:09 mark Ram07 is Rich Molinelli.

The first scan - Artist just put an "M?" Its not Miller though...couldnt find this one.

2nd one has initials KH 2007 or ?

3rd & 4th one are Kate Cook...characters?

5th one is Rich Molinelli.

1st one is David Rabbitte.

2nd one is Michael Duron.

3rd one is ?

4th and 5th is Joanne Mutch.
